Excellent quality sushi for an AYCE spot. Also, it's a decent value. Although the sushi pieces are small, they aren't just giant chunks of rice with a little wisp of fish on them. You're getting some pretty good quality here. And hey, it's AYCE so just get more if you're still hungry! The strategy is to start by getting one of each premium item (only one allowed per customer). And then from there go through the rest of the menu. I particularly like the different Yuzu sushi varieties they have.

Had a great experience here before, so we decided to come back! Some things have definitely changed but the good news is, the quality of fish is not one of them! The AYCE price has increased to $54.99, and there was no HH specials on a Saturday night like last time. However, Soju prices decreased to $10 which is a really reasonable price. The menu has changed as well- we did the section of special orders where it's one per person and those dishes have changed - but all were FANTASTIC. Especially the salmon with orange, soft shelled crab, and this tuna with truffle. I also loved the crispy rice with spicy tuna, and their sashimi is unparalleled. Fresh, huge pieces of fish with just a little bit of rice underneath- a perfect balance! I ate my full of sashimi and did one simple salmon roll which was delicious. One of our last faves was the appetizer sushi tacos and we got them again- but I think they changed the dressing on them. I wasn't a fan of the mayo dressing on the salmon, and the tuna was tossed in something kinda tangy but the shrimp was delicious. Still love those little crispy wonton bites though! The place was busy at 5:30- make a reservation! Staff is very attentive and friendly and does a great job keeping your table clear and asking if you want more! This spot is solidified as a favorite for me!

I'm typically an a la carte sushi gworl but I decided to try out this AYCE sushi spot in ktown LA. I am a sucker for trying out yummy quality sushi spots :-) to begin with the quality of fish here is excellent. I haven't tried any other ayce sushi spots in LA so this was my first one :-) I really liked the unique nigiri styles they serve here - most places don't have sushi like this. The premium menu items made this experience worth it ! I'm a sucker for high QUALITY sushi and this place delivered exactly that :) I was just iffy on the price point because I personally feel like you can find quality like this for cheaper elsewhere. Service was attentive but make sure you come when it isn't super busy because you'll wait a ton. Also did not realize how close hello fishy fishy was to my fav la clubs xD might need to make a stop for ayce sushi beforehand now !

First timer here in April 2024 We came for AYCE sushi on a Sunday at an odd hour so no wait for us. Nice and friendly service! Cute setup with music videos playing on the TV It was on the higher price side but Good ratio for the rice to fish!
